A clean office and environment is ALL they have going for them. Unprofessional staff, Celinna had her friend in the room with me while she got me ready for my pee test. I had never taken one before and she did not give me time to ask questions, she had my personal information open right in front of him. Why wasn’t he in the waiting room? Tried making a phone appointment and it was so unclear and there was no possible way to talk to an operator. Seems like only two people work here. They should not get rid of their desk staff! I have questions and they are thoroughly unfriendly.
