Set an appointment to have a TB test performed via their "automated" system, which gave me no ability to discuss anything with anyone. I needed this test in order to complete work in a facility that was a plane flight away just 4 days afterward. I waited for my appointment time then went to the facility. When I got there the attendant asked for a doctors order. I don't have health insurance and planned to pay out-of-pocket. I told him I didn't have a doctors order and just needed a simple TB test. His response was "sorry, gotta have a doctors order". This totally jeopardized my upcoming job. Not cool.
