I went in for the first time at this location and when the script faxed over by my doctor didn't look right I asked if I was getting a specific test to which the phlebotomist said yes that was what the script was for. As it turns out it was a completely different test and I had to go back to get the proper test performed. Granted my doctors office made the initial mistake but I specifically asked because I thought the name looked wrong on the script. Also, when I went in the second time to get different blood work done I had a different phlebotomist who couldn't figure out what the tests were on the printed script to make the labels. It turns out she left one specific one out because she couldn't figure it out and it was one that was needed since another one of mine came up positive this secondary one was necessary for a proper diagnosis - again causing me to have to go back to get that specific test that was left out :( I will NOT go back there.

Some of the people who work here are very rude!!! I would avoid this place! Terrible!

The phlebotomist has no idea what she's doing. Very rude at the front desk, and then failed to draw blood after turing and twisting the needle in my child's arm. She was completely clueless and rattled when she saw the blood wasn't coming out. Eventually she told us to come another day when there are two phlebotomists in the lab (excuse me WHAT???). So, good luck if you're an adult, but definitely don't take your children there.

Sandra was awesome! Didn't feel a thing and it was over before i knew it!! AND she is very nice and calms you down! The place was clean and I didn't wait long at all, maybe 10 minutes at most!! Thanks Sandra!!

Waited one hour to finally be seen and as I’m sitting there the lady tells me they ran out of the thing that they needed for my blood work

I’m reading the reviews and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I was there at 7:15 am and it was empty. I used the kiosk and barely sat down before I was called in. The phlebotomist was sweet and talkative which I like in the morning bc I was feeling a little nervous about this test (hcg levels test). I will be going here over LabCorp in Shirley for whatever blood work I need bc those people in Shirley are ruder than rude!

I had to have 2 different girls try to draw blood neither very good. back to drop off specimen was told no wait to just. drop off still sitting here 45 minutes later!
