Informed wait would be 13 minutes, waited for 37 minutes only to be told my testing couldn't be done. Sounds like something I should have been told when i signed in. Staff was also rude and unapologetic.

With change in insurance I need to have lab work done at Quest. This is the second time I have used the Chesterfield location. I am one of those people that have difficult veins in my arms so need to have blood taken from my hands. The staff were extremely professional, and provided a painless draw of my blood. I was walk in and there was no wait time when I went in the morning.

Very very short staffed. You would think as large as Quest is that they would get enough people to do the work. It’s so not fare to the ONE person to have to take care of so many people. Come on Quest help your staff

Very few people I waiting room yet wait is long. I have been to St. Peter's location which had a much higher volume of patients with a lower wait time. Not sure why.

Computer was down Sat so called today to see if it was fixed. There was no way to talk to a real person.

Checked in, called in on time, procedure done in 5 mins and i am out. Professional staff

I have booked the appointment online, Made it there and Checked In. They called me right on time, and It was quick and he was very friendly as well.

Walked in. Signed in. Waited less than two minutes. Saw Denise who was pleasant as pie. The thing that took the longest was the paperwork - maybe three minutes. Gave my urine sample. Out. Whole process took less than ten minutes. I will be back!

The staff was completely inconsiderate and lacked any empathy whatsoever. I've been here three times, and there are ALWAYS problems. I should have learned my lesson before. Don't use this location!!!!!!!!

I have gone to this location several times without an appointment/right from doctors office. I have never had a problem checking in, with a long wait time, paperwork, or any of the concerns that I am reading on this site. I have my favorite phlebotomist who is AMAZING at drawing the blood of “ anti-needle” folks like myself. This has always been a much better option than having bloodwork done at hospital site.
