I've been to 2 other previous Quest Diagnostic places before this one and they were all super unprofessional and rude, and they turned me away. However, the Quest Diagnostic on 4th Avenue, I found their customer service to be very professional, kind, and patient. It was very fast since we made an appointment. Even though they didn't have the kind of TB test my son's doctor requested, they called them to ask if she be willing for them to do a different TB test. It's very clean for the amount of traffic that comes through here. The phlebotomist was super nice to my son despite not being able to find the vain on the first try. They were trying to be gentle. If we have to do something at the lab again, I am definitely going to go through them again.
