I lucked out and got in pretty quickly but I didn’t have the best experience. Sheetza (sp? - she wouldn’t tell me her name). She just never seemed to like me, lol. She was upset that I wouldn’t pay my $21 balance with a credit card even though I hadn’t received a bill from Quest. Then when I asked for a butterfly needle she almost seemed insulted! Sorry but I’m petrified of needles! Oh well, I know to not use her again! I’ve never had that experience in a Commack, they Are always SO SO sweet!!

Came in at time of opening. They were bull..... In the back. They called the first person at 6:20. I was late to work. Last time i was here the girl was rude.

Terrible lab! I made a reservation for quantiFERON GOLD test on Friday through online system. They turned me away at the lab saying that they cannot do it on Friday. Never come again!

Waked in without an appointment, was seen right away. The ladies working were super sweet and did a great job with my tiny veins. Quick and painless!

They never answer the phone. I find this to be very inconvenient as it is tremendously difficult to ask questions without physically going in. This is a matter that needs to be addressed ASAP as it is important to communicate effectively with your customers.
