The ONLY worker who was there was nice, BUT this company needs to better staff their labs. There was a waiting room full of people, they allow you to schedule appointments every 15 minutes, but you STILL wait an hour past appointment time to get in. Go in without an appointment? I waited 2 hours. Go in with an appointment? Wait an hour to an hour and a half PAST your time. Its crazy. Better staff your labs QUEST, you certainly are getting enough money from my insurance company!!
