Feedback:
Went for blood draw a month ago, they hit a nerve so bad I still have burning pain down my arm and into my hand and thumb. Been calling them every day for 10 days. No one will answer and at the 800 # after waiting for an hour I speak to someone who then transfers me to a supervisor's VM and I leave a message that doesn't get returned. Bad business!
Feedback:
I normally have blood work at a Quest location. I find the online system, to schedule an appointment, difficult to negotiate. Though I have frequented Quest locations for a number of years, so obviously my information is already in their system with the same insurance information, when trying to pre-register it always indicates that they can not locate my insurance carrier (BlueCross BlueShield). It will then indicate that my appointment has been scheduled but indicates, at the same time in fine print, that the appointment time I've requested in not available to try another appointment time. However, I get an electronic notification that my appointment has been scheduled. Is it or isn't it??? So, attempting to check whether or not I have a scheduled appointment, I have now been on hold for over 40 minutes because of "an unexpected high volume of callers at this time". Really?! Either there are many, many people experiencing my frustration with scheduling or they are highly understaffed with customer service employees. Though my experience with the phlebotomists and in-office service has always been quite good, other customer service is poorer than poor.
Feedback:
I, like a few other reviewers, have been to this location on several times. So has my wife. I have never experienced any difficulties in having either a blood draw or other testing procedure. I have gone in with an appointment and without. The wait times are extremely acceptable to me, especially with an appointment. Without one, even on a busy Saturday, were within 15 minutes from when I signed in to when I was called. As for the reviewer that had a Saturday appointment after Quest's cutoff time, I would ask did you inform Quest about what procedure had been ordered for you? Perhaps if you had, you would have found out that there are cutoff times for certain tests due to the times involved to get your specimen to the actual testing facility within acceptable limits. You can't pin everything on the EA location.
Feedback:
Best Quest Around - I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Didn't even feel the needle, and I have a rough time giving blood.
Feedback:
With out a doubt the most difficult company that I have ever done business with. Totally customer unfriendly and will be looking for a different lab to contact.
Feedback:
I've visited this location numerous times over the last ten years, and have always received great service from friendly people.
Feedback:
I scheduled a test for employment here for 10:15 AM on a Saturday. When I walked in I was told that my specific test could not be done past 10AM. I would call another location first before scheduling. The person here didn't seem to care that the Quest system allows you to schedule appointments when you can't actually complete the tests beyond certain times. Also don't call the Quest main line, it's impossible to get to a live person.
