First off this place is amazing! The hours are listed on Google maps so if you're complaining about not speaking to someone on the phone... just walk in. I needed some lab work done and with no appointment I walked in and used the easy to use tablet to put in my name and date of birth as well as my phone number. My name was then on the television screen with the expected wait time next to it. 5 minutes!! 2 minutes later they called me in. My insurance card and I'd in hand.. no copays no bs! Sparkle was great! She was very friendly! Quest rhymes with best for a reason!!
