Staff is pleasant enough, waiting times are usually 30-45 min. I like the tablet check in. What I’d like to warn people about is the $75 lab fee they tell everyone they need to pay. Make sure to contact your insurance company before getting your test done to ensure that there should be no out of pocket costs to you. I got scammed on $75 payment that I wasn’t responsible for and it was next to impossible to get someone on the phone for a refund.
