Overall Feedback:

The workers here apparently have no idea what they’re doing. The woman kept checking her notes and constantly needed help from another worker. They both seemed panicked. Due to an error at the lab, my test was canceled. I now have to take time out of another one of my work days to retake the test. Ridiculous!
