My husband went there for blood draw. He told them all of his testing might not be in computer, he had the scripts in hand. He was told they were( clearly tech was psyhic because she never looked at scripts). Of coarse she was wrong. I went in to verify if all labs completed and they were not. My husband was so ill my son had driven him to office that day before. I asked if the nine vials of blood from day before could be used in the tests still needed. They told me they didn't know, i could call this one or that one, then brought me into back to let me talk w Carmen, the phlebotomist who had drew his blood. She started arguing with me that my husband said everything was in computer. I asked her how he could possibly know what was in computer and a professional should have checked. It was decided he needed to get second round of blood drawn and l asked for them to set it up for him at Hauppauge location. They said they did and to ask for Brianna when he got there. Of coarse no one was called and he got to wait again. The man was being tested for autoimmunes and leukemia as l told them not cholesterol. This was very important. She told me cholesterol is important too. There are plent of quests. Try not to frequent these morons.
