Being diabetic I fasted all morning but when I had arrived I forgot my insurance card my bad. The rudeness and her arguing with me over what insurance I had (I would know) on file was un called for! Then after drawing my blood with attitude I might add .I refused tape and she made a nasty comment "good luck with your bruise" ! Seriously i have been a paramedic for 25 years and instructor just can not believe how unprofessional !!! We will not return. Be kind to your patients!!!

They ones not receive a single star. I visited here today and my wife had an appointment at 3:30pm and the lady was so rude. She told us that our doctor office is closed and she can not withdraw the blood today and we should come during our doctor’s office hours so that she can talk to somebody in our doctor office before. We told her that we have doctor’s cell number and she can talk to him then she said she cannot do that and we should come during that particular hours (around 8am). But then we visited Labcorp, 2minutes away from this lab, without any appointment and we were warmly welcomed and got all the blood tests done without any problems. In future I’m not using quest lab for sure unless they hire more professional and ethical people.

I have gotten bloodwork done at this clinic more than a handful of times. Each time, my wait time is less than 10 minutes. They have implemented a new check-in system which is very convenient and streamlines check-in. The employees are not super talkative, but in my opinion this isn't a bad thing because I often get my blood drawn in under 5 minutes. I'm usually in and out of the clinic in under 5 minutes which is fantastic!

Have used the local Quest three time each year for routine bloodwork for several years now both at this and their previous location.The staff have always been very pleasant. "Give a smile and receive a smile' Never fails for me
