I have never been to Quest before. Just moved here from St. Louis and LabCorp was always closer to me. I looked up LabCorp on Google and the reviews all had only 1 or 2 stars for feedback on each of their three locations (I don't expect people to take the time to give good feedback) but that was ridiculous. Quest had 3.4 average and actually were closer so I went there (if it were further I still would've gone because of the higher average feedback).Donna called me in and took my information and then back to the room to take my blood. I was waiting for the needle, something I hate terribly. I had to look up because I didn't feel anything. Donna did an amazing job, I was so happy you wouldn't believe. Also, I am extremely hard to find a place to get the blood as most people have to stick me a few times until they get it (and no, I'm not that bad a guy) I would go back to Quest if just to get Donna to draw my blood. Also, she was very friendly as was the other woman there. Nice waiting area as well.UPDATE: I've been back 5 times since this review (my doctor likes to have my blood drawn every 3 months, he must be a vampire). Anyway, I've had different techs there each time, and they are all great. Been a year and a half and they still get 5 stars from me.
