I've been here several times and while it's not my first choice, my insurance requires I use quest and it's always been mostly ok. There is usually only one person working which makes things slow but it's clear they're working their hardest, and the troubles I've experienced usually are something that is not really quest's responsibility.The reason for a poor review is because there is absolutely no privacy for patients. You have to stand in the waiting room full of people and shout through glass why you're there, announcing to everyone exactly what your medical concern is. It's embarrassing and for some, could be a potentially dangerous scenario. When the attendant asked me why I was there and I responded for a urinary analysis, it could at least become a habit to get individuals through the door before demanding why.
