Horrible customer service. I arrived at the Eureka Quest Diagnostics and checked in using their electronic device at 3:26 PM.  The lab techs were behind the glass chatting, so I waited. One tech was leaving for the day and the other was apparently still on duty. When they opened the door to the lobby to bring me back, one tech informed me they could not conduct the drug test because I checked in after 3:30 PM.I have called Quest Diagnostics Customer Service and asked for exact instructions so that I can get this test performed. At this time, I have not, and I am not sure what will be needed. I took off work and will have to do so again. I advise to stay away from Quest Diagnostics, especially the Eureka location.

I have come to this location twice now and the lady always has a horrible attitude! We will drive to the chesterfield location from now on!!

Horrible! It smells so bad in here. I made an appointment, was taken back way after my appointment time because there was only one person there doing blood draws.

Always take me on time, never have to wait, unless they are doing blood work on someone when I get there. Try MAKING AN APPOINTMENT.

Got to this location with plenty of time but the old lady in the back wouldn't come out till it was 5 minutes to closingThen before I could ask her a simple question she told me I had to come back in an hour. All I wanted to do was ask her a question. I'd rather drive to a farther location than deal with her rude attitude

Slow. Slow slow slow slow slow. Getting there early, before they get busy, doesn't help either...still slow.
