As long as you don't have to call for any customer service, use their website to change or update an appointment and you have at least a couple hours to wait... it's the greatest show on Earth! They never answer the phone and horrible testing hours and closed during lunch...what exactly does that even mean...give a time for Christ's sake. Makes me feel as if they go out of their way to assure that you DON'T test. It's hard enough to get employment now without Quest trying to do everything not to be available with a SERVICE the are providing!
