I made an appointment and was there on time. I’ve been going here since they first opened. Kelly was the phlebotomist assigned to draw my blood. I asked her to use a butterfly as has been done with all my blood tests for the past five years because my veins are hard to access. Even when using a butterfly, the phlebotomist there has missed many times. Kelly, however, refused to use a butterfly. She said when a butterfly is used, the test results lack validity. She began addressing me in a very loud, aggressive, borderline combative voice and instructed me to return to the waiting room. Then I asked another phlebotomist to draw my blood and he readily agreed. While he was doing so, Kelly came over to his cubicle and confronted me again, continuing her rant. At that point, her supervisor walked over and told her to return to her area. When she returned to her cubicle, a man entered who was not a patient, nor employee, but a friend. They began discussing me and he directed his gaze to me numerous times while appearing confrontational, to the point of making me uncomfortable. Kelly displayed very unprofessional behavior and needs to be disciplined or removed from this position.

Took mother early to have blood work after fasting, was told that computers were down and could not do blood work unless she had written DR's orders. Went to DR's office and got orders, went back to Quest and was told that too much needed to be done and they couldn't do it. The staff was extremely rude and incompetent on top of all the BS!!!!

My girls, that's what I call them because they are GREAT, and I won't let my doctors send me anywhere else.I've been using them for years and will never change !
