I've never had bad service from actual people but I'm absolutely livid over the fact they're impossible to talk to unless you show up in person. I went for a test on friday and they said that the test order my doctor sent them wasn't complete and to check back on monday after they called the doctor and asked her to send it again. They were very polite and apologetic about the mixup when I was there in person. I tried to call today to see if they managed to find it but I was barraged by an endless number of robots NONE of which could answer my question and would not let me speak to an actual human being. I tried to call the number listed online for the location, I tried the one from Quest's website, I tried the appointment line, I tried customer service, I tried asking for a person to talk to, I tried everything, but I have no idea if they found my test or not without driving all the way over (30 minutes!) just to find out if it's there or not. I know this isn't the fault of anyone working there but this is beyond frustrating! It wouldn't kill a company as huge as Quest to hire an actual person to manage their calls.

Called and was told they were open until 5p. Got there at 435 and they refused to do anything saying it was " too late because they close at 5" . I live 30 min away and drove there for nothing after working all day and cost me 10$ in gas. literally just needed to pee in a cup which would have taken under 5 min. Horrible customer service and uncaring staff. Would not recommend.

I've had standing orders regularly here for 3 years. Plus additional tests run occasionally. I have always been treated with professionalism and respect. And in and out quickly. Zero complaints!

Tried to make me pay 400$ for a bill that was paid by my insurance months earlier. Then degraded me saying they would take me to collections. Idiots. Trash

Rude, ignorant they have no respect for authority. They were all in the back laughing and joking around. The building manager had been there for twenty minutes and finally left. They never sent me my test results and cost me my job. Definetly will never go here again for a drug test. I have a child to care for. Dont step between my child and me.
