I've never had bad service from actual people but I'm absolutely livid over the fact they're impossible to talk to unless you show up in person. I went for a test on friday and they said that the test order my doctor sent them wasn't complete and to check back on monday after they called the doctor and asked her to send it again. They were very polite and apologetic about the mixup when I was there in person. I tried to call today to see if they managed to find it but I was barraged by an endless number of robots NONE of which could answer my question and would not let me speak to an actual human being. I tried to call the number listed online for the location, I tried the one from Quest's website, I tried the appointment line, I tried customer service, I tried asking for a person to talk to, I tried everything, but I have no idea if they found my test or not without driving all the way over (30 minutes!) just to find out if it's there or not. I know this isn't the fault of anyone working there but this is beyond frustrating! It wouldn't kill a company as huge as Quest to hire an actual person to manage their calls.
