Place just not the same after the remodel, not sure what happened to old staff . Had 2 rude experiences as well as stated before privacy a bit of a concern. The new “ check in system” is just weird, and it wobbles, at least anchor it down. Not to mention does anybody wipe that thing down, germ crustacean. Was my quest for a long time and was happy, but not no mo. ✌

i showed up 245 and register they see me at 3 and tell me at 300 they close at 230 all my paper work and sheet tell me 300 even the door said 3 I think they need to go back to school 230 and 3 are not the same and i was in before 300

Grossly misrepresent their hours of operation! Thank you for making me drag my anxiety stricken 10 year old here for blood work only to be turned away since you are now closing early. I will not be dragging him back despite the convenience of your location. I am more than happy to find another in-network provider even if I have to drive further.

definitely not going back there... one person working trying to take care of me and another patient at same time.. very rude.. messed up on my name with me spelling it and giving an id and insurance card... dont care if its a remodel or not patients should have a little privacy... very rude

I've been many times for reunite blood-work and I always have had a pleasant and pain free experience.

I have always had a good experience here. I never have to wait too long. Once I went for blood work, and it was a day a lot of people showed up for employment drug testing. The people with dr-ordered labs get fitted in, so I didn't have to waitOn edit: the quest people need to make up a paper handout for patients when they are given stool tests to do at home
