Treated very poorly by one of the staff members (blond tall lady). Never going to Hackettstown's location again. I rather drive 20 minutes to bernardsville and be treated politely.

There was a very old lady in the waiting room. She did not know she had to sign in with the kiosk and then could not see the screen to sign in when the staff was available she told the staff she needed help. The lady rudely replied I can not help you sign in you have to figure it out. The lady said I have been here a hour and a half and no one will help me! This is disgusting I’m contacting everyone I can bc the sign says please check in on the kiosk if you have trouble signing in notify a staff member! Like this is terrible poor old lady wants her blood work
