The last three times I've been there, there was only one person working serving as receptionist and phlebotomist. First time I was the only person there. Quick service for the blood draw, but she gave me the wrong specimen bottles. I had to fill another set of bottles the next day. Next two times there, crowded, long wait and a very frustrated worker. Not exactly the temperament you want with someone sticking metal into your arm. Not her fault at all. Quest is obviously not able or willing to staff this center properly. I will definitely be looking for another place for clinical samples.
