I set up an appointment the day before my visit, and I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Mericruz (apologies for any potential misspelling) was cheerful, prompt, and friendly. I am not sure why others have such negative comments. You might ask if this experience was a fluke, and I would have to argue that it was not. Six months prior I had blood drawn for tests after I had a seizure. I had the same pleasant experience that time as well.

Terrible service. Wait time over 2 hours. Full waiting room and only one individual working. Avoid using this place if you can.

You can make your appointment online,save the sku on your phone or print out so that you can scan it upon arrival. I walked in one day behind five or six people but I had already booked an appointment online so I was called next. The phlebotomists were both very good but I believe only one is full time. Not the most ideal location, however there is a parking lot on the side/back area. No complaints except I wish they were closer to 309 near the airport area as I drive from 15 minutes away.

I had no issues. I'm not sure why there are such bad reviews. My appointment was for 8:30 I arrived at 8:20 and was out of there by 8:30. Maddie the technician was great. I stick that I didn't even feel. I suggest to make an appointment if you dont have time to wait.

I didn't have the waiting issue like others. I must have gotten lucky. I scheduled an apt for 1:30. I was 10 minutes late unfortunately (my fault), so it was treated like a walk in. I waited about 15 minutes, got my blood drawn, peed in a cup, and my lab work back the next morning.

I had to leave after waiting over an hour with 6 people still ahead of me. An old woman had an appointment and even she was still waiting, and she was there well before I was. Only one woman was working and it was a full waiting room. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment, even though they're not likely to honor it.

I went here one Saturday a few weeks ago for genetic testing and was in and out. I didn't even wait. Now I went back for the 2nd part of the test. I waited 2 HOURS, partially because the incompetent lady skipped my name after I realized the guy sitting next to me came in 3 people AFTER me. And the girl after him insisted she was next but would let me go... Um no I've been here for almost a hour before you so you're damn straight I'm going next. The idiot technician apologized multiple times but that didn't calm my raging hormones and the fact that I wanted deck her for being stupid and incapable of crossing names off of a list so she didn't miss anyone... Like the angry pregnant lady on the cusp of throwing up any moment. This place needs better employees that can keep up. I hope I never have to go back.
