I don't know why the other reviews have been so negative. I have had to get blood drawn more times than I care to remember in the last 2 years, and just about every single time I got a pleasant reception, was taken within minutes even without an appointment and each tech is different, we are human so there will be differences, but just about each person I've had (and there have been several I've seen since I've had so many tests done), have been professional and done a great job drawing my blood. The last time I was there I even had a gentleman who was courteous, professional and very funny. He made an unpleasant experience, pleasant.
