5-8-18 Arrived before 9:00 for appt made the week before. Computerized check in would not accept my confirmation number, so I told the tech. She told me I had no appointment there and that it must be at LabCorp. I have only used this Quest contact info and have never gone to another lab in Inverness. It was obvious that the two women thought I made up my confirmation code! It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to be called back. Very unfriendly techs who were upset and overworked...one was crying. Everyone in the waiting room was furious, including me. I missed taking my dog to his 11:00 vet appt. I will never use Quest Diagnostic again! Horrible place!!!! What an awful way to treat clients.

The place is a regular cattle call but they work threw them quickly andefficiently... I'd rather drive all the way here then go to S. Homosassa. These are professional phlebotomist, I'm a hard person to draw, they listen....1 time each time....so happy....

Went to the Inverness location,0n 9/27/2019.Met Kathleen,she verified that the tests for my wife could be performed there,held the door open for my wife's wheelchair,was very comforting and helpfull,could not have been a better experience.All future labs will be done there. Great place to go.

I’ve been coming to Quest for all my bloodwork for 3 years now. I was there at 6:30am yesterday. Having to go every 3 months because of having kidney disease is a drag, but the personnel are always so nice, and upbeat. They are fast, friendly, and efficient. I tried an appointment once. Didn’t like it. Getting up early to go there is like seeing 2 sunrises. A smiling friendly face that greets you inside, and the new morning sun as you go back home. Kudos to the Quest staff.

Good, quick service. Customers of United health care, and other insurance, please make certain services are covered. We ended up with over 200$ bill because United doesn't have a contract with Quest. Lesson learned...
