If I could I'd give 0 stars. Absolutely horrible service. Waited nearly an hour and STILL didn't get blood drawn. I don't know why they have 2 people working when only one draws blood. Of I didn't HAVE to go there, I wouldn't. Thanks UPMC insurance.ðŸ˜

My son is 2 and needed a blood draw. He was as cooperative as a two year old could be while getting poked repeatedly. He was crying hard but did not move around on my lap. After doing one arm unsuccessfully and then doing the other with no success the woman just dropped her stuff and said I’m not doing this and told me to go somewhere else. He had no issues getting a blood draw at Excela Health across the street. I will never return to Quest if I don’t have to.

Worst place I've ever gone to for blood draw I left after 1 hr and went to excela quick draw across the street and was out in 5 mins!!!

I have used Quest, in Irwin for a couple years now. They have always been professional and courteous. I have scheduled an appointment and I have just dropped in, it really didn't make much of a difference. Minimal wait time. I highly recommend this place.

The hours are absolutely ridiculous not for the working person ! Other than the hours the staff is very professional.
