I’ve been going to this lab in Jackson for a few years now and every time I’ve been here the ladies treat me so nice! I love getting my bloodwork done here.

Husband needed fasting lab work done. He showed up with paperwork. Front desk lady didn't like his paperwork. She said she would call provider to get and address. He came back and hour later and they hadn't bothered to call. Rotten customer service. Will let everyone know not to go there. There are other labs that will work with you.

got there early and the technician took me right away, fast efficient process and out the door in less than 10 minutes. no crowd, friendly staff. 5 stars.

Very friendly staff! The staff always make me feel right at home, even first thing in the morning! They always make me feel better leaving than when I came in, and I'm a pretty happy person in the morning. Got right in, and right out the first time with no appt. Hardly anybody else was in there. 2nd time, I had to wait prob 15 mins, so I've made an appt ever since.I will NEVER use their phone system again. I have tried it in the past. Its not this location. Quest Labs has a phone service that deliberately doesn't allow ANYONE to speak to a live person. I was calling to cancel an appt I made online, to notify them I was sick. Nope, I couldn't get thru, but didn't want to be a no show. Oh well, I had to, and it wasn't as big a deal as I thought. When I went back, all was ok.

Normally I love going here to get my lab work done. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. This afternoon I got there at 3:45 to get blood drawn. The girl at the reception desk was too busy chatting away on the phone to acknowledge me while I signed in. As I looked in my purse to get out my insurance cards she finally tapped the desk and said they were closed. I said hours are until 4. She asked if I had an appt. I didn't. She said we don't take walk-ins after 3:30. No apology or anything. It also doesn't say ANYWHERE that no walk ins after a particular time at the office or on this site.

Don't bother trying to call them. The automated phone service is horrific. Wow.. Lab services are great, friendly staff, good sticks. Easy no hassle. Just don't try and call.

Quest's automated service is horrible! There is NO ability to talk to anyone in person. You can't even get a Fax number for one of their labs so the Dr. can send in a request. Service is beyond bad.

I only gave it 2 stars in the hopes it would get the companies attention as there does not appear to be any way to get a live person. Customer Service needs significant improvement. There is no ability to personally talk to the lab in Jackson, and the web site shows they are open and makes appointments. However, due to the ongoing fire emergency in Amador and Calaveras Counties the lab is actually closed. We are all going through a lot right now, but my husband needs blood work done to try and figure out what is wrong with him, insurance doesn't cover Sutter, and he doesn't feel well enough to travel to another county. It is pretty inconvenient to have to keep driving to the lab only to find it closed.
