Agree with the horrible customer service. Ask about electronic cce that my co required at the location and they don't have a clue. Don't think that you are calling that location they have a phone svc. but don't train the people there obviously.

Had a great experience back in 2015 for my first pregnancy glucose test. Need to go again soon (2018), we'll see how it goes.

the one lady who works there in the morning. I had a very friendly experience with. shes sour at first but when I told her I was having (normal but rare) anxiety attack due to the fact that blood makes me ultra queesy and she acually had taken my blood and done a great job. But just thinking about that was making me annxious so she gave me 3 mins to relax and pee! Like I understand u want to make sure im not being shady about it but some people honestly just feel uncomfortable with things like this. So the timer - that really made me feel pressured. while I was feeling anxious so the timer really made me feel pressured, like while someones listning to me. she then dealt with a couple other people. I drank some water. So she took me in again. I needed to go this time but again -i need a moment to forget that someone is trying to listen to me. So three minutes flies by. on this round I got some urine in cup. So i finally i explained that I was feeling the way that and She was very receptive. From the second time she could obviously see I was legitimentally trying as hard as I could to give her my real urine. The process is just very invasive and I feel like she was very understanding once I explained my trouble. And then she was very very friendly to me and gave me an extra moment that I just needed. she was very very friendly and she has a good ability to make a judgment call to help somebody that baby wasn't even being nice at first. we got it done tho no problem. thanks a lot!
