Unprofessional stupids crew are working over there(not all of them ). African american lady with short hair has no idea how take a blood sample from baby's leg and has no idea how to deal with new born.waiting 5 days for lab results which needs just few hours to be done.they lost information from computer then last day find it and give us some results and God knows how accurate is that one.if this lab has a manager please take your stuff and send them for training first and then let them work.it is shame to practice straight without knowledge.specially on baby's.
