There is hardly to no signs in the building and it is a little disorienting at first but Valerie pulled 6 tubes of blood and she did a good job (ain't that right Boo LOL)

I had the best experience here-I made an appt. over the phone, arrived at my appt. time., I signed in and was called back within 5 minutes.I misunderstood my Dr.’s office and they hadn’t faxed over anything. I asked if I could call real quick , she said sure!, I called my Dr. they wanted me to call the morning of. The lab orders were faxed over. I apologized for holding up things, she said no problem. She had the needle in my arm before I knew what happened and I’m a HUGE baby about getting my blood drawn. I cannot remember her name, sure wish I could. She’s top notch and I’ll be getting all of my yearly bloodwork drawn at Quest Diagnostics, Texas City.

I have small, rolling veins and a butterfly needle must be used to draw my blood. I told the tech this, but she decided that she could draw the blood with a regular needle. I also asked her to stick me again, rather than move the needle around searching for a vein. After she had been searching for a while, with me in tears, l finally hollered "don't". She looked at me as though l had slapped her and said "I'll get someone else to do this". Second tech comes in and l explain my veins to her. She ignores my request for a butterfly needle and sticks me. I tell myself that l will endure the pain and get this done. I don't say anything as she's searching until she goes deep, then she says "your vein broke down". By this time it is hurting so bad that l tell her l just want to leave. I did tell her before l left that the first tech should have thicker skin and not get offended because l said "don't". So, l don't have my lab work done for my dr's appointment, but l will never go to this facility and put myself through this again. If they had listened to me, this could have all been avoided. Neither tech looked for a better vein, they just stuck the first one they saw. I am 70 yrs old and have never had this much pain in getting blood drawn. I hope this will keep another person from going through such an ordeal. God Bless!

Receptionist is rude and unprofessional. Patient care is not a priority and we are encouraging our physician to send his patients elsewhere.

Breeler Manske: Good staff but crowded, extremely slow service, people waiting for an hour and a half or more, while watching those who could schedule get in and out. Appointment option hurts the majority of us.

Very unprofessional. I would recommend going to ANY lab or clinic aside from this one. My 3rd visit here ( unfortunately my employer sends me here), and they are rude and unprofessional.The waiting area is small and uninviting, and the staff I'm ignorant.
