Had an appointment for 9:30 on a Saturday. When I showed up, the door was not locked so I walked in but the inconsiderate female thing at the counter said the office was closed because of a busted water pipe discovered when the office was opened at 7:00. I told her that I have an appointment, and asked why no one had the courtesy to call me, seeing as the pipe was discovered more than two hours prior to my appointment. She told me to back off or she would call the police. Number one, someone should have called those who had appointments, and number two, LOCK THE DOOR! I met three other customers in the parking lot (who also had appointments) and they were furious when I told them. I would say that place should be closed down because the staff there are so backward, but I fear that those staff members would be transferred to other Quest locations and infect the really great people that work at the other Quest locations. Also, making an appointment or showing up an hour before the appointment time will not make a difference. I tried to show up an hour before but they still did not call me in until an hour and a half after the scheduled time.
