My tech was Bruqayyah Wyatt at Quest location C20 in Lakeway . She was absolutely superb, very professional, and quite personable. I am needle averse, but she put me at ease with her professionalism, and I didn't feel a thing. Great atmosphere.

Fauzia was very meticulous in making sure the 3 different doctor's orders didn't duplicate tests so I wouldn't get rejections from my insurance company. She was quite kind and helpful. Much appreciated.

no one picks up the call any time. I gave the lab test a week ago and still waiting for a small test to get the results.. no one is there to help

The staff was great. I tried to get my lab results and the online process was very timely and user UNFRIENDLY! It would not let me log in. There was a chat box that was a robot that could not understand or help me. Tried calling Quest and their was only automated options! I will never use Quest again!

I arrived at 1:30 for a 1:30 appointment and found a sign on the door saying Quest would return at 2:00. NICE. Thanks for wasting my time.
