UGGH....DON'T BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!!!! We brought ours here today to get blood (doctor's orders). The big lady was impatient who was trying to take my daughter's blood and my daughter couldn't hold still. You know when you work in this field and with children, that's going to happen. As big as she was, I did not want her holding my daughter still. After two unsuccessful attempts at drawing blood she was getting upset either with my daughter or us the parents. As me, my wife and daughter were leaving, she told my daughter that she was the best she's had for the whole day. The reverse psychology didn't fool me. We will go somewhere else later in the week and will be successful.

I’ve never posted a review anywhere for anything but today I had to. This location has the most terrible staff. I drove more than 45 minutes to take an employment drug test, I got there at 5:04 to have this woman tell me “they close” the drug tests at 5. I explained to her how far I’ve traveled and that I would literally take me a minute since there’s no paperwork or anything and she refused. I would’ve understood if it was 10+ minutes late but 4 though? She was probably too lazy to reach the damn cups....

I went on a Tuesday and had an appointment. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The staff were friendly, competent, and efficient. My experience at this Quest location was much better than all my previous experiences at other Quests.

Drove an hour from college to do a simple blood test on Saturday. Today is Wednesday evening and no results yet. Thank God this was not an emergency.
