My daughter nurse drew blood dropped off at Quest in Leechburg and now no one knows where it went! This was to determine if she stops antibiotics she’s been on for months but now no results so more meds! No one answers the phone either! This place is a joke!

Had blood drawn for employer and separate paperwork for blood work for PCP. Quest billed insurance company for employer blood work and didn't provide results of blood work that PCP requested to him.

The insurances they don't take is ridiculous!!! They refuse your secondary insurance if they don't except your primary. It's bull!!!

They have excellent service but don't bother calling in. They have phones but they don't answer them.
