I took a drug test on 7/5/18 and they ended up losing it and it almost cost me a potential job because they have no clue where any of my info went. When my employer tried to call them, they told me their phones were broken for a month....never going here again.

Until you walk in these shoes. You cannot judge. Live a hour in the life of a Phlebotomist. Until any of you do,kept your negative comments to yourself. People must learn to be more patient with one another and society would become more liveable. No matter where you go you have to wait. Make time to be better not only to your fellow human but yourself. Have the vision of a person with great virtualSkills (omg Jesus). Amen

We had to take my 4 year old son there today for bloodwork. The last quest we were at for bloodwork with him went over like Hiroshima so we were quite nervous about doing this again. We decided to switch up locations and we're so grateful we did!! The two ladies at the front both came in and helped. They were able to get him on the very first stick which made everything much easier! The ladies were phenomenal and so nice! I highly recommend going here, especially if you have a young child!

Went here for blood work. I stood in line to check into the kiosk. There was an employee sitting at a desk doing nothing. After I checked in this employee waived an empty folder in front of me and told me I would have to call my doctor to send over my labs. In the end there's nothing you can do about this place because the insurance company has you by the balls.

I called this morning to make an appointment for a pre-employment screening for the next day and the receptionist said the last screening was at 3 and hung up on me. She didn’t take my name or anything. She was very rude and very unprofessional. I wouldn’t be going here but that is where my employer has me scheduled. I wouldn’t even give this place a one star but to write a review you have to give it 1 star. How is place even in business??

Just got off the phone with their front desk person. Called trying to get pricing for medical, and drug screenings but instantly became turned off by how unpleasant the person who answered the phone was. Cannot attest to their service because didn't get that far before I decided it was not worth my time.

I saw all of the negative reviews and decided to write my own, since my visit was just fine. I had an appointment and I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving. The staff was very friendly and courteous. No problems at all.
