Took my one year old son here, worst experience ever! It was his first time. They wouldn’t take it from his hand insisted on the crook of his arm which meant someone holding him down. Then they put the band on and took their sweet time while he screamed. They poked him twice in each arm and then wiggled the needle getting a small amount of blood. They wanted to do more tries but I refused. They wanted him to come back because they didn’t get enough for all the tests. I asked them to run what they had and I would get a script for the other tests separately. I spoke to the doctors office today and they informed me that quest called and told them my son was uncooperative and that they disposed of the two tubes they had and did not run any test. I would never recommend this place for anyone!
