I get that sometimes this place gets very busy and overwhelmed. But the staff here (especially those up front at the desk) are beyond rude! This is a medical profession where you are supposed to be HELPING people. If you don't like people, get out of this job! I'm sick of rude people at medical offices. No one is forcing you to work there and deal with the public and sick people. Get over yourselves. I WILL NOT go back!

Marissa front desk VERY RUDE my son who is 3 years old needed blood taken out Vue was taking blood out and marissa "helped" him and moved needle and blood stoped marissa said i was letting my son move too much only when o kept asking what was going on! They were very rude and argued with me because they did a horrible job BEWARE THIS PLACE ALREADY HAS 2 STARS SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING AND GET THEESE STUPID AND RUDE PEOPLE FIRED I WILL CALL MANAGER AS WELL AND GO FURTHER THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!

I've been here several times and have never had any problems. A couple of years ago there was one person on the front who was rather abrupt, but the last few times I've been here they're all very pleasant friendly and personable. Many times the waiting room has been full but I'm always called within 5 or 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment time.

Very unprofessional and rude. I took my son to have his blood drawn. they only stung his left arm, right arm, and left hand as a result my son got 3 bruises and the worst thing they didn't even drew his blood. They were very rude and argued instead of apologize.
