That caucasian lady in charge at the front counter must learn customer relation. She treated or scolded me like a kindergarten about how to fill out paperwork in a very sarcastic and rude manner. She shouldn't be dealing with people as I could tell that she has a SUPERIORITY complex. Not very nice!
