I've gone here as a walk in several times and the longest i've had to wait is 15 minutes. If it's busy, I come back some other time so it's pretty flexible.

The ladies who work here are very kind and hardworking. You can tell that they care but have been treated poorly by their clientele. Every visit that I’ve had at this location has gone very well, I’ve never made an appointment. They are willing to contact your PCP office if something isn’t going through their system. I have syncope and the nurses here are very kind and helpful getting my lab work done. Many of the issues listed among the reviews aren’t due to the staff here, but to technical issues with Quest.

I have been waiting almost a week for my drug test results. They take forever I'm trying to work and they are interfering with that. Stay away from this place.

I called the office to check the hours for a pre-employment screening. The automated system when you call this location says they are open until 4:30 M-F. As it turns out those hours are incorrect and the computer printed note on the door says the true office hours. When calling “customer service” they are unaware the hours have changed and show nothing about that in the system. Poor communication and the automated system makes it impossible to get a live person.

I have used this lab multiple times as it is much closer than my dr office for routine blood tests. Have always had good experiences - fast, professional and good at needle stick (I have worked as a phlebotomist in the past). Yesterday the gentleman working there went above and beyond, calling the Dr office for me when they had not put the tests in the computer, making sure I got out of there in time to get my breakfast and get to work.
