I now know why this place doesn't have,"Good-Reviews."I wish I could so give this place a Big Fat Zero. When I found out that my youngest needed to get routine blood work done for a Simple Procedure. I thought okay no problem. A simple visit to a Pediatrician-Office. We would be in and out no problem. Wrong,was I and we needed to waste another day and make another appointment because of The Pediatrician-Office. It doesn't do Simple Routine Blood Work. We needed to go somewhere else. Wouldn't have this problem back in our Old Pediatrician-Office. When I checked my youngest out. I was told that we needed to go to Quest Diagnostics because of our insurance and the receptionist couldn't help us with any info on Quest Diagnostics. I called and I called but got no live person it's just an automated system. I ended up making an appointment but we ended up just doing a Simple Walk in Instead. We went after their lunch break and I just wasn't a big fan of the whole place. No Customer-Service and no one especially an Employee there has the right to tell a parent how to raise their own child or critizes the child. Try comforting the child and not scaring them. Blood-Work could be a Scary Thing for a Child and need they neec some reassurances. You obviously won't get any at Quest Diagnostics because of their Employees. Won't be wasrwas my time going back.
