They took me back almost immediately. My Phlebotomist was very kind, and she was the best person I ever had to stab me with a needle. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the times they are open to. Their latest appointment is at 2pm on Mondays through Fridays. They are open til 2:30 on those days as well, but I needed an appointment.
