This is the worst in customer's service! Techs don't want you to come when it close to closing time. If they want to go home before the posted hours, then post earlier times to take the last appointment. You shouldn't make patients uncomfortable because of bad time management. No matter what, people shouldn't make you feel you are a bother to them seeking services of any kind. Your body language tells all.
