Been trying to call them all morning, to find out about fasting before blood test(appointment at 1:15pm!!!). First time they told me to call later because they so busy. Two hours later unpleasant woman told me to call my doctor (who’s on vacation at the moment), and didn’t even listen to me.... So... Very unprofessional, rude and careless...!!!
