The staff was excellent -- the temperature was terribly cold. I have a HUGE anxiety issues with needles/blood draws -- I do everything possible to make it thru these things (e.g. make sure I'm hydrated, ask for small needle, lie on my back, etc). The entire area is super cold -- WHAT? You need to be warm to make your veins show up -- I was freezing, my arm was freezing, they missed the vein (again, not the staff's fault, it happens) and then they missed the vein again. I had to abort the blood draw as my body goes into freak out mode. I will NEVER use this location again -- apparently the landlord won't fix the thermostat.
