They staff is super nice. But are over worked. They put one person on scedule to handle a lot of people. Cant get appointment befor work unless make weeks ahead. Whats wrong with these people. Why would you put just one person on. Not the first time this happened. Waited over an hour. And had to leave. This place sucks

Horrible! Waiting room full and I’ve only seen two staff. I’m still waiting to be seen and it’s been an hour and a half.

Last time I was here it was around a 20 minute wait with appt and the lady was very professional and nice with my child. Today I came without appt, I've been sitting here for almost 2 hours (got here at 9:30). There is one phlebotomist calling most of the patients if not all of them while the other is apparently calling only appt patients. Why can't she help the other? I understand trying to honor appt hours, but why not call a patient here and there while those scheduled for certain times arrive? They need to come up with a better system to have people in and out faster, especially if you think about people who have to fast for their test.

I visited today and the tecnichian was very nice and Extremely good at withdrawing blood no pain what so ever, very gentle, was very quick once I got in.My husband visited 2 weeks ago he raved about how great they were drawing his blood. They needed to contact his doctors office several times for clarification he received excellent customer service and they displayed great patience.

It seems that other's had a bad experience with long wait times but when I went today I was in and out within five minutes. I didn't have an appointment but it appeared that no one else was there waiting.

Arrived at 7:05 am w/o appt. 5 ppl in office. Sure some others might have had scheduled appts, but 90 minutes later, not serviced. Still waiting. There has to be a more efficient way, or adjust part time staff during peak hours. I feel sorry for those that require periodic testing.
