I've had my labs done at the Murphy location twice since March because I'm "that" guy. 😐😐😐 However, both times I've been, the staff was absolutely amazing. I'm a hard stick but each time I've gone, the phlebotomist who drew my blood got me the 1st time with only a tiny bit of pain. I can't remember the young lady who drew my labs back on March 6th, but Holly did it this last time and was fantastic. Great job, Holly! 😀😀😀 I always feel comfortable as soon as I arrive and I'm seen immediately after checking in. Misty and Holly were both there on my last visit, 5-10-18, and were absolutely awesome. Rather than feeling like the medical catastrophe I am, I felt more like I was visiting with old friends. Thank y'all for that. It means a lot. I am also happy with the system in place that allows me to see my lab results and pay my bill, etc online. This year is the first time I experienced that. Anyway, I digress. The 5-star rating is based 1st, on Misty and Holly's kindness and professionalism, everything else is secondary. Thanks again.
