I went here and had a perfectly normal experience. It is true only one person was working, but I put my name on the sign-in sheet and waited maybe 10 minutes. The phlebotomist did an excellent job drawing blood and was very pleasant. Everything was clean and sanitary. Labels were printed and verified by me then place immediately on the vials. Will happily go back to this location in the future.
