Would give minus 5 stars.Had appt at 10:45 today, at 10:50 I was on screen as next. Then someone bumped me ( don't understand how, but ok) now my name disappears but no one comes out to get me. The next tech I ask and she says sometimes the name is clicked on by the tech coming out next. 2 more patients go in. I ask again. This tech asks another tech and they tell me to sign in again again they will take me next . Now it us 11:15 and I leave to go to labcorpI HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY. WHY MAKE APPT.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Have never been treated do rudely in my life. Don't go to the Nanuet site. Go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. This woman should not be working with the public.

This is supposed to be a walkin facility, meaning first comes first serves however all of a sudden there policy changed to ONLY by appointments and neglected to inform clients and physicians

Worst run organization in Nanuet. Go to new city, go to Suffern. If you go to this place as a walk in you’ll be waiting for 1.5+ hours and if you make an appointment you’ll have to wait 45 + mins. Ladies don’t speak English and therefore can’t help you with the machines. Literally wanted to throw a tantrum after dealing with those people.

Would give no stars if possible. The wait time was long and the nurses there were way too rude. They were laughing amongst themselves and made fun of patients that were in there. The staff there needs to quit their jobs if they hate it and give the opportunity to other people who would do way better at their jobs and actually enjoy it. You're working there to serve people. Not treat them without any respect.

Absolute train wreck. Just left after 40 minutes, and not because of the wait... but because they screamed at a woman holding a 2 year old leaving her in tears.
