I have had good experiences and bad experiences at this location. I see the reviews here for a blonde who takes your blood. I dread getting her as well. She's got 0 personality and she's rough. Nicole on the other hand is just fabulous. I also had an MRI done at this location and the whole staff that waited on me was fantastic.

Wow. So bad. Checked myself in electronically, so that went flawlessly. Unfortunately, while I was waiting, someone came in late. Doubt this was the only reason, but this made Vampire Queen cranky. While she was entering my info, constantly shaking her head and grumbling. I should have walked out, but needed that test. Not a fan of needles and her attitude made things exponentially worse. The word is compassion, perhaps you should have researched it prior to Career Day? Will never return here. Worth another 10 miles.

Walked in during lunch. Check in process was simple. Waited 5 minutes. The tech was super nice. Very friendly and helpful. Painless draw. I plan to return as I need monthly blood work.

The key here is to schedule your appointment at least one hour in advance. I was in-and-out in under 10 minutes for routine blood draw. Nicole did a great job and was friendly. I realize it's not always possible for people to schedule in advance, but walk ins should expect to wait for a good bit.

Can I say rude phlebotomist, from other reviews looks like she needs a new career because it's the same one I had. Never ever will I be going back there.

very rude when i went in for blood work. i went in on a Wednesday around 12pm 12/3/2018 a lady with blonde hair she wears it fathered was to do my blood work. very rude i walked out she was not sticking me. never will i goto this location again. I'm starting not to like upmc never have the same obgyn. sucks my insurance company is them and I have to stay in networking. & i pay weekly for the insurance through work. ill go through the healthcare market next time. someone will eventually report her. so sorry that i was so mad i didn't catch her name.

This facility needs help mentoring their staff. I took my 15 year old daughter there for blood work and the only thing the Phlebotomist said: Which arm? Not Hello how are you today? What is your name? No introduction, no greeting, just face in computer, which arm, next. She stuck her arm removed two Vials of blood then the vein stop producing blood, so to get that third Vial she pulled the needle back while still in arm and proceeded to jab her 3 times with needle in her arm until she found another vein to draw from. Never in my life have I witnessed or seen this in a professional environment. My daughter has a high tolerance for pain but the look on her face was clue to me that she hurt her so bad fishing for a vein. Huge nasty bruise for a week. Disgusted. This is not correct procedure.

The phlebotomist there yesterday 3/10/2017 was awful on multiple counts: when checking signed in patients, she huffed & rolled her eyes(another waiting patient also noticed & wished me good luck)...the injection was so rough that it felt like she struck something it shouldn't have (her response was a nonchalant "oh, are you o.k.")...she followed up with "have a good day" that had absolutely no feeling what so ever!😠😠ðŸ˜
